This Research and Manufacturing facilities were established by  Askari A. Kazmi  in January 2005 , after retirement from 30 years services of various department of Pakistan and Abroad as a Quality Control Chemist, mainly PCSIR Labs Lahore / Karachi as Research Officer (6 Years) ,  Pakistan Navy as In charge Naval Research Labs( 20 years) and CNRS-Gif-Sur-Yvette FRANCE as Chemiste (5 years).
